The Group’s history dates back to 1976, when Tan Sri Dato’ Seri H’ng Bok San established its founding business as a cable and wire manufacturer. Over the decades, it has grown with purpose and discipline, evolving well beyond its industrial roots. HNG Capital was formally established in 2011 through privatisation, marking a new chapter in the family’s long-standing business legacy.
