Happy N Green Club
Following the Group’s sustainability footstep, the newly formed Employee Club, Happy N Green was incepted in September 2020.
Staying true to its tagline ‘Breathing Hope Into The Community’, the club is responsible for spearheading a series of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) activities.
The Club also introduces a series of fun activities for the staff to participate in throughout the year so as to cultivate a work-life balance culture in the company.

June 2021
Donated 5 units of Oxygen Flow Meter System in June 2021 (RM24,000 per unit) for Covid patients’ treatment.
An ongoing project at Women’s Welfare Council (WWC) since September 2020.
Team effort with the participation of colleagues from head office for sprouting, maintaining and harvesting activities.
Revenue from sale of veggies contributed back to WWC.
Participated in Foodbank Programme of Care Love Welfare Foundation Malaysia from July 2021.
Recipients include single parents, old folks and poor families.
Food value of RM100 – RM200 per family.
Installation and maintenance of rooftop solar under Net Energy Metering (NEM) Program.
Installation halted during MCO period.
LSE budgeted RM150K for this CSR initiative.
The programme collects recyclable items such as papers, plastics, aluminium cans and e-wastes.
Started in Jan 2022 across Menara Northam, Wisma Leader and Macalister Mansion.
Happy N Green donated RM1,000 to support Nur Balqis’ syndactyly treatment.
Funds were raised through staff charity initiatives and recycling programmes.
Special needs teenagers from LemmeLearn were given opportunities to experience working in corporate environments.
Happy N Green members guided special needs teenagers through aquaponics activities at WWC Penang.
The programme promotes independence, social skills and learning opportunities.
Happy N Green volunteers visited Persatuan Kebajikan Anak-Anak OKU Taman Island Penang.
The Club donated RM1,000 from charity funds raised through staff donations and recycling programmes.
Donated sofas and coffee tables to St. Nicholas’ Home, Penang.
35.1kWp rooftop solar PV system successfully launched for Pertubuhan Rumah Anak Yatim Kuala Muda.
Co-organised breast cancer awareness and fundraising initiative with Macalister Mansion.
Special needs students received kitchen training opportunities at Macalister Mansion.
Happy N Green organised a visit to Peace And Harmony Home in Penang.
Volunteers brought joy through games, music, gifts and refreshments.
