Care For Community
Sustainability is one of the core pillars of HNG Capital's values, guiding our commitment to responsible business practices and community care. Our CSR initiatives go beyond compliance; they are essential to the long-term success of our business and the communities we serve. Through active CSR efforts, we aim to foster economic and social growth, with our employees playing a crucial role in these initiatives.
Our focus on sustainability also strengthens our brand integrity. By prioritizing ethical practices and community engagement, we not only secure our future but also contribute positively to society, ensuring that HNG Capital remains a trusted and responsible corporate leader.
Happy N Green Club
Following the Group’s sustainability footstep, the newly formed Employee Club, Happy N Green was incepted in September 2020. Staying true to its tagline ‘Breathing Hope Into The Community’, the club is responsible for spearheading a series of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) activities.
The Club also introduces a series of fun activities for the staff to participate in throughout the year so as to cultivate a work-life balance culture in the company.
Spearheading
Verdancy with
Aquaponics
Happy N Green kickstarted its first long-term Environmental CSR project, namely Aquaponics, for Women’s Welfare Council, Penang. This was followed by House of Love, Selangor. Aquaculture and hydroponics methods are employed to grow fish and plants in an integrated system.
The public is welcome to visit WWC on Saturdays at 9am onwards to purchase these organic vegetables that are the product of the team’s hard work and love for the environment.
